Dr. McNeil has been an Administrative Faculty member at the College of Southern Nevada for more than 15 years. She works in Career Services and Re-entry and has an extensive background working with diverse populations i.e. disabled (both mentally and physically) single parents, low income, educationally disadvantaged, ex-felons and individual’s pursuing non traditional careers. She has a Graduate degree in clinical psychology with a specialty in women’s issues, behavior modification and human sexuality.
